Andy Bybee, owner and loan-sale advisor

Andy Bybee is the public face of Fitzgerald Advisors and a loan-sale advisor focused on complex credit and real-estate finance transactions. Over more than two decades in lending, mortgage notes, distressed assets, bridge finance, and portfolio brokerage, Andy has worked across the buyer and seller side of private-market credit.

His experience includes advising around charged-off receivables, non-performing loan portfolios, whole loans, mortgage notes, bridge loans, construction finance, and specialty-credit opportunities. Through Fitzgerald Advisors, Andy helps qualified sellers define a clear mandate, organize the right information, and approach relevant counterparties without turning the process into a public marketplace. His approach is direct and practical: understand the asset, confirm the evidence, protect sensitive information, and determine whether there is a credible next step.
